HEALTH AND NUTRITION
Two health centers, one on each campus, provide comprehensive health and dental services to students and university staff. 2 doctors, 2 psychologists, 3 nurses and 2 social workers provide services in our units. The university hospital, which also serves as a Medical School, has an in-patient bed capacity of 1050. It also gives out-patient services and offers its patients all the advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities of modern day.
All faculties and schools have dining rooms for the use of students, academic and administrative staff. For those who enjoy a diverse menu, the menus are varied to meet their preferences at reasonable prices. The menus are prepared by nutritionists. There are also 40 canteens on the main campus to enhance the variety of the choice of meals.
