Mobility Tracking System Has Been Launched

The Mobility Tracking System developed by the International Relations Unit of Ondokuz Mayıs University has been launched.

The system aims to digitally record, monitor, analyze, and evaluate tangible outcomes of mobility activities carried out within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme and bilateral cooperation agreements, including incoming and outgoing mobility, student study mobility, and student traineeship mobility.

In this context, academic and administrative staff as well as students participating in mobility activities are kindly requested to enter all relevant information into the system completely, accurately, and in a timely manner. The data obtained through the system will be used for institutional reporting, quality assurance processes, and national and international monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
